12 февраля мы обратились (переписка сохранена) к админам Информбюро-ЮФО не репостить наш контент, так как они льют фейковые просмотры (в разы превышающие максимальный охват по подписчикам) на материалы из других каналов.
При этом даже единичного перетока аудитории в каналы, откуда идут репосты в ленту Информбюро-ЮФО, никогда не происходит.
Через час после этой переписки на первом же нашем посте произошла задержка прочтений, а потом их резкий рост, что случается при искусственной накрутке. Скоро напишем о всей сетке для полуострова и ЮФО, созданной в октябре 2019 года, где количество подписчиков выросло с нуля до семи-восьми тысяч за четверо суток.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
