То же самое ранее удалось банку «Санкт-Петербург» и «Ури-банку». Сначала суд в России удовлетворил требования БСПБ к Euroclear Bank — и это решение помогло банку в Европе — Euroclear разморозил $110 млн.

Подробностей нет, сама бывшая дочка Freedom Finance в России говорит, что основания «формальные».

Новый иск к Euroclear — от «МТС Банка» на 3,5 млрд рублей. Это немного: из девяти исков в российских судах к депозитарию самый большой — на 184,8 млрд рублей от УК «Первая».

Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
