По его словам, из-за неустойчивой погоды поверхность льда на Вычегде незначительно деформирована. Поэтому в целях безопасности перевозки пока обеспечивались малотоннажным транспортом. По мнению специалистов, к воскресенью лёд должен стать достаточно толстым, чтобы выдержать 15 тонн.
Обычно такой тоннаж допускается уже в декабре, но в этом году зима особенная и лед достаточно промерз только к середине февраля.
