Также удалось спасти жизнь четырем особям, разместив их в зоопарках Красноярска, Москвы, Екатеринбурга.
«В России делается все возможное, чтобы белые медведи продолжали жить в своих „арктических домах“. Росприроднадзор сосредоточен на профилактике конфликтов между человеком и хозяином Арктики: проводится масштабная превентивная работа с региональными органами власти, органами местного самоуправления и компаниями, работающими в арктических регионах», — рассказала руководитель ведомства Светлана Радионова.
