Выяснилось, что соседи по дому участника спецоперации ранее уже обращались за помощью в ремонте кровли. В отношении ООО УК "БАЙКАЛ" была проведена внеплановая выездная проверка и выдано предписание об устранении выявленных нарушений.
По итогу в январе 2025 года, управляющей организацией проведены работы по частично ремонту кровли дома, в том числе над квартирой участника СВО.
