И я понимаю, что если ввести налог на бездетность, то можно деньги тех, кто не хочет иметь детей, пустить на тех детей, которые остались без родителей. Что от мужика в этой жизни остается? Вот тебя завтра вперед ногами понесли, что осталось? Первое — имя, второе — дети. Все остальное вообще никому не интересно. Имя, которое ты при жизни заработал, насколько тебя помнить будут. И дети, которые станут продолжением тебя на этой земле. Вот это главное, наверное, если ты настоящий мужик, — твой род, который ты на этой земле оставил».

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
