Центрально-Черноземное управление Росприроднадзора требует взыскания в бюджет 2 миллионов рублей с ООО «ТЭКО-Сервис».
Компания, которая является региональным оператором по обращению ТКО в Липецкой области, должна была оплатить за воздействие на окружающую среду за 2023 год 4 485 979 рублей 60 копеек. А оплатили чуть более половины суммы - 2 485 979 рублей 60 копеек. Образовалась задолженность в 2 млн. руб.
✔️Федеральный надзорный орган потребовал доплатить недостающее в бюджет. Но компания проигнорировала претензию. И теперь своё слово должен сказать арбитражный суд.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country.
