👆Про то, что олигархи из 90-х так себе бизнесмены и в условиях конкурентного рынка умеют только проедать ранее вывезенное из России, я понял еще на примере «гениального» Бориса Березовского, который профукал все свои миллиарда, а новых не заработал, потому что все его бизнес-проекты в эмиграции оказывались убыточными. Почему? Потому что олигархический бизнес - всегда бизнес на бюджете и/или при власти.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
