Как сообщили в СК, ребенок (по данным СК и прокуратуры, ему было 7 лет) погиб от острого отравления угарным газом. Известно, что мама мальчика умерла в прошлом году, ребенок проживал с родственниками, которых не было в доме во время пожара.
Причиной пожара могла стать неисправность в системе отопления - дом отапливался печью. Точную причину назовут после пожарно-технической экспертизы.
Уже сейчас заведено уголовное дело по ч. 1 ст. 109 УК РФ "Причинение смерти по неосторожности". Расследование дела взяла на контроль прокуратура.
