Сегодня в здании Архивной службы ЛНР состоялась торжественная передача материалов от ЛуганскИнформЦентра за период с 2014 по 2024 годы. Накануне празднования своего десятилетия первым из СМИ Республики ЛИЦ передал в Архивную службу ЛНР около 150 единиц материалов агентства.

Шеф-редактор ЛИЦ Сергей Мешковой отметил, что за десять лет на сайте агентства было более 120 тыс. публикаций, работа по отбору материалов (фотографий, статей, интервью) для Архивной службы ЛНР заняла несколько месяцев.

Архивная служба ЛНР искренне благодарит коллектив ЛИЦ за переданные материалы, вклад в сохранение истории нашей страны.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
