Видимо, губернатору Рязанской области Николаю Любимову нужно было дождаться приезда министра здравоохранения Михаила Мурашко, чтобы начать предпринимать конкретные действия. Вероятнее всего, теперь придётся ждать и министра экологии и природных ресурсов РФ, чтобы решилась одна из главных проблем.
