⚡️⚡️⚡️В Хакасии чиновников привлекают к административной ответственности
По имеющейся информации в отношении должностных лиц ряда республиканских учреждений возбуждены административные производства по части 1 статьи 7.32.5 КоАП РФ.
Нарушения срока и порядка оплаты товаров (работ, услуг) при осуществлении закупок для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд выявлены:
❗️ГКУ РХ «Хакасавтодор»;
❗️ГБУЗ РХ «Республиканская клиническая больница им. Г.Я. Ремишевской»;
❗️ГБУЗ РХ «Саяногорская межрайонная больница»;
❗️ГБУ РХ «Ресфармация».
Санкции по статье предусматривают административный штраф в размере от тридцати тысяч до пятидесяти тысяч рублей. Повторное нарушение влечет дисквалификацию на срок от одного года до двух лет.
В целом на рассмотрении УФАС находится порядка 300 материалов по неоплате контрактов заказчиками по которым выступают республиканские госучреждения
