Которую, несмотря на все китайские предупреждения из Москвы, построить в срок опять вряд ли получится. Тендерные процедуры не завершены, а подрядчикам не хватает аж 500 рабочих рук. И взяться им в существующих обстоятельствах, особенно неоткуда.
Но мобилизация и все связанные с эскалацией ситуации на Украине прелести вполне прокатят как форс-мажор, который позволит нашим чиновникам в очередной раз "сдвинуть вправо" сроки сдачи объекта. И ещё разок, пусть и с боями, увеличить его стоимость.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
