На первое (просьба призвать к ответственности сотрудников полиции ЧР и СПб, участвовавших в похищении) пришёл ответ - дело перенаправили в Чечню🤦🏻♀ Это, конечно, "замечательно", особенно учитывая, что речь не только о чеченских полицейских, но и о питерских...
Очень жду ответа на второе обращение (просьба взять дело на федеральный контроль). По закону ответ должен был прийти в течение 30 дней, то есть уже. Но ок, сделаем поправку на почту России и подождём ещё немного.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
