Сделку планируют закрыть в 2024 году, нужно получить одобрение регуляторов, но это не повод не рассказать о Loom, которым я пользуюсь по работе почти каждый день (на самом деле даже чуть упоминал)
Это сервис, который позволяет одновременно записывать изображение с веб-камеры, звук с микрофона и экран компьютера, чтобы в реальном времени показывать свои наработки и получать обратную связь от коллег. В общем, такой напарник для созвонов (асинхронных) 🦞
Сервис ещё запустили до ковида, но взлёт пришёлся как раз на расцвет удалёнки. В 2021 Loom оценивали в $1.53 миллиарда, но в 2022 спрос спал, да и экономическая ситуация заставила сократить 14% штата
Так что австралийские ребята из Atlassian ухватили сервис подешевле, чем могли бы раньше 👀
