Если этого мало, то в Arc можно создавать целые профили под разные цели. Например, чтобы отделить личную жизнь от работы (я так и делаю в Хроме уже лет 5, разделяя окнами вкладки под разные задачи)
Ну и ещё можно кастомизировать чужие сайты под себя, меняя фон 🙄
При этом Arc работает на Хромиуме, так что никаких проблем с работой сервисов не должно быть
