В санкционной части добавили бы, что против Китая в связи с политикой самого Китая санкции все же применялись умеренно. А вот вторичные санкции против китайских компаний за работу с Россией - в товаром количестве. С начала СВО - более 200 юридических лиц. Однако речь о небольших компаниях.
По телекомам Китай в 2024 году особо не трогали. По Гонконгу и СУАР - тоже.
Но вот H. R. 815 все же Конгресс принял. В числе прочего там запрет на тикток.
При Трампе эскалация, скорее всего, будет более жёсткой. И в форме торговой войны тоже. Не только санкции.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
