Ибо у другого крупнейшего "рассрочника" - Эталона - структура по форме оплаты ппц разная по регионам. Например, по их отчёту за 2023, доля рассрочки в Москве достигала 39%, ещё 30% ипотека и 31% нал... В СПб, соответственно было 24 / 28 / 48% (не спрашивайте меня откуда ребятам столько 100-процентников валит, может хитро считают)... А в других регионах 6 / 77 / 17%... При этом общая ср. доля ипотеки по всем типам недвиги за 2023 была ок 50%, а в 2024 всего 30%. То есть, полагаю, рассрочка у Эталона скакнула в Мск куда-то к половине сделок🤔 Но дождёмся годового отчёта
Ещё интересные цифры светят брокерский сервис TrendAgent. Доля рассрочки в проходящих через них сделках последних месяцев: Мск 42%, ЕКб 34%, СПб 30%, Ростов-на-Дону 28%, Казань 26%, Новосиб 25%, Краснодар 17%
Рассрочки, конеш, в нынешних условиях хедлайнят мощно. Но как же наполнение эскроу, ребят? С такой структурой продаж... Не заиграться бы @iliilitop
