Представляем концепцию здания университета в Астане для нашего давнего партнера — девелопера BI Group.

Пространство является частью нового образовательного кластера, формируемого в столице Казахстана. Его главным центром будет университет. Участок проектирования находится в рекреационной зоне, так называемом Зеленом поясе Астаны.

Нетипичное восприятие здания создает уникальный для университета образ. При дальнейшем развитии территории комплекс будет выступать как арт-объект. Монолитный объем здания, словно скульптура, встречает сотрудников и учащихся на территории кампуса.

Здание выполнено в аскетичном дизайне. Внутренние пространства выстраиваются вокруг атриума, связывая основные его составляющие: лекторий, event hall, коворкинг, медиатеку и аудитории.

Образовательные учреждения — типология, которой мы уделяем особое внимание. Опираясь на опыт в проектировании таких объектов и собственные исследования, мы продумываем, как здание будет эволюционировать в будущем. Особенно этому способствует проектирование мультифункциональных помещений, которые открывают для учащихся и преподавателей широкие возможности.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
