На уровне Союза планируется принятие комплекса наднациональных правил, регулирующих процесс покупки и обеспечивающих возврат товаров и денег.
"Это будет выгодно и для потребителя, который получит гарантированный сервисный уровень независимо от страны, где он совершает покупку, и для продавцов", - утверждают в Евразийской экономической комиссии.
