"Самыми распространенными жалобами на рынке электронной коммерции являются: отсутствие информации о товаре и продавце, несоответствие товара описанию и отказ сайтов в возврате товаров и денег", - отметил председатель Комитета по защите прав потребителей Булат Танабергенов.
Новые правила распространятся как на местные, так и на иностранные фирмы. Нарушители, действующие нечестно, лишатся возможности торговать через платформу.
