🔸محموله‌ها به سه شکل هوایی، زمینی و دریایی ارسال می‌شوند. در برخی شرایط، امکان ارسال دریایی یا حتی زمینی وجود ندارد. برای مثال، محموله‌هایی مانند داروها که حساسیت بالایی دارند، تاکنون طی ۶ مرحله به‌صورت هوایی ارسال شده‌اند.
🔸محموله امروز شامل ۱۵ دستگاه تریلی حامل حدود ۳۰۰ تُن بار شامل پتو، بسته‌های غذایی و اقلام مورد نیاز دیگر است. بسته‌های غذایی طراحی شده‌اند که نیاز خانوارها را برای ۱۰ روز تأمین کنند.
🔸فرایند ارسال به این صورت است که محموله ابتدا از ایران به عراق فرستاده می‌شود و سپس به‌صورت زمینی از عراق به سوریه و لبنان منتقل می‌گردد.
🔸با این حال، مسیر ارسال با خطرات جدی مواجه است. تاکنون در چند مرحله، محموله‌ها در مرز سوریه و عراق هدف حملات نیروهای آمریکایی قرار گرفته‌اند. متأسفانه، این حملات در تلاش برای ممانعت از رسیدن کمک‌های انسان‌دوستانه انجام می‌شود.
