При этом, в обозреваемом случае речь идет только об удельном весе IT-преступлений. То есть в Татарстане, Мордовии и Марий Эл они представляют собой бо́льшую часть от общей массы, нежели в других регионах.
Само по себе это не является черной меткой, но повод для размышлений предоставляет.
