Обсуждая регистрацию Партии любителей пива, люди не заметили бы падение рубля. Да и падение было бы не таким сильным. Ведь регистрация ПЛП — это часть экспансии социального оптимизма. Раз ПЛП зарегистрировали, значит возвращается нормальность. Значит всё будет хорошо! Не надо спешить скупать доллары. Я тут намедни покритиковал Суркова. Приношу ему свои извинения. Он бы глубину идеи точно понял.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
