Прокуратура Городовиковского района поддержала обвинение против 17-летнего местного жителя, признанного виновным в незаконном приобретении и хранении наркотических средств.

10 октября 2024 года он собрал 270 гр. каннабиса и хранил их у себя дома. Также 22 октября обвиняемый незаконно проник в гараж и похитил имущества на сумму около 48 тыс. рублей, но это дело было прекращено за примирением сторон.

Суд назначил ему условное наказание: 1 год и 6 месяцев лишения свободы с испытательным сроком 1 год. В результате проверки несовершеннолетний был поставлен на учет в органы профилактики, а его законный представитель привлечен к административной ответственности.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority.
