Ну и еще один На проспекте А.Невского, в районе дома 70, инспекторов ГАИ привлекла иномарка, в которой на руле спал 47-летний водитель. Оказалось, что уставший автомобилист пьян. Его попросили из машины выйти, но он не захотел, или не смог. На повторную просьбу достал нож и попытался ударить им инспектора. А дальше по ускоренной программе: из машины достали, лицом вниз, наручники и КПЗ. Но этот уже идет по двум статьям : пьянство за рулем и ч.2 ст 318 УК - применение насилия, опасного для жизни и здоровья, в отношении полицейского при исполнении. Его тоже завтра через суд пропустят, но здесь статья уголовная, поэтому все серьезнее будет#

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
