Установлено, что два депутата Петросовета не приняли мер к урегулированию возникшего конфликта интересов. Прокуратура внесла председателю Совета представление об устранении нарушений закона и потребовала решить вопрос о досрочном прекращении полномочий депутатов.
➡️По итогам рассмотрения акта реагирования нарушения закона не устранены, в этой связи прокурор направил в суд административные исковые заявления о признании бездействия незаконным и прекращении полномочий депутатов в связи с утратой доверия.
