🔷Сокращение перечня документов для открытия дочерних банков: для учреждений с рейтингом от BB- до A — с 24 до 17 документов, а для филиалов — с 20 до 10. Для банков с рейтингом A и выше — до 10 и 8 соответственно.
🔹 Минимальные требования к активам иностранного банка снижаются с 20 млрд до 10 млрд долларов.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
