3 декабря, в канун Седмицы 24-ой по Пятидесятнице, в канун праздника Введения (Входа) во храм Пресвятой Владычицы нашей Богородицы и Приснодевы Марии, митрополит Красноярский и Ачинский Пантелеимон совершил всенощное бдение в Введенском храме посёлка Берёзовка.

🎵 За богослужением пел хор Введенского храма (регент — Татьяна Яндовко).

🕊 Владыка Пантелеимон совершил елеопомазание молящихся, а по окончании богослужения обратился к собравшимся с архипастырским словом.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
