Около 4:30 утра с камер пропали сотрудники комиссии, а примерно через час в кадре появилась та самая женщина и сделала записи в сводную таблицу. Затем она же появилась в УИКе с «дополнительными» бюллетенями.
В итоге этот участок оказался самым провластным в районе: сторонников поправок оказалось почти в 10 раз больше, чем противников. В «Голосе» намерены разобраться с этим инцидентом, но отмечают, что подобных случаев уже много, и не только в Москве
