В республике наблюдается дефицит врачей: в Башкирском медуниверситете бюджетных мест почти нет, а выпускники-контрактники остаются в крупных городах или уезжают за рубеж — в села квалифицированные медики идти не хотят. В крупных городах ситуация тоже не везде гладкая — медики Ишимбайской ЦРБ протестовали из-за переработок и низких зарплат.
На содержание Хабирова за прошлый год ушло почти полмилиарда рублей, в этом году он продолжает транжирить бюджетные средства на вип-перелеты, поэтому желание сэкономить на медицине выглядит как издевательство.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." That hurt tech stocks.
