Причем Паутов помимо посредничества в передаче взяток привлекается также за мошенничество, поскольку часть переданных ему денег он таки и не донес до адресатов. На подходе судебный процесс над бывшими вице-мэрами Владимиром Слободским и Сергеем Репринцевым, которые за полученные через Паутова откаты дали разрешение на незаконное строительство многоэтажки.
