Очереднаяустрашающая табличка появилась на лестнице, ведущей к улице Карла Либхнехта. На этот раз предупреждение для непонятливых не от главы Мурманской области, а от местных.
Однако, новая табличка пугает не меньше, чем Чибисовская. Фраза на ней гласит: «Не бросать мусор. Увижу, разобью рожу».
Сразу пропадает желание не то, что мусорить, но и вообще спускаться по этой лестнице. Не станем исключать возможность, что табличку приказал поставить сам Чибис.
