После окончания техникума в 1939 году попал на Балтийский флот. В годы Великой Отечественной принимал участие в битвах на Ленинградском фронте, служил на легендарном линкоре «Марат». После был переведен в Кронштадт телефонистом. Победу встретил в Прибалтике.
Награжден орденом Отечественной войны II степени, медалями «За Победу над Германией в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 гг.», «За боевые заслуги», «За оборону Ленинграда». После войны работал нефтяником. Желаю уважаемому Михаилу Яковлевичу крепкого здоровья и бодрости духа!

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
