Подозреваемый – Борис Баранкин, бывший гендиректор ФГБУ «Федеральный Сибирский научно-клинический центр Федерального медико-биологического агентства» (ФМБА).
По версии следствия, Баранкин получал деньги от знакомого директора коммерческой компании за помощь с заключением контрактов на поставку медизделий для ФМБА.
