Возле одного из домов на улице Гидростроителей в Кодинске полицейские остановили 46-летнего жителя Красноярска. При обыске у него нашли 27 свёртков с героином, завернутых в синюю изоленту и примотанных к саморезам. Общий вес наркотика составил почти 10 граммов.
Позже полицейские обыскали квартиру, которую он снимал. Там обнаружили ещё 21 свёрток с 7,5 граммами героина. Также нашли 5 "закладок", которые мужчина уже успел спрятать в городе. Всего изъяли более 20 граммов наркотиков.
На задержанного завели два уголовных дела за попытку сбыта наркотиков. Мужчина заключен под стражу.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
