Особо хотим обратить внимание, что обвинение против Александра Чикова выдвинуто по пункту "а", ч.2 ст.238 УК РФ, где идет речь о преступлении, совершенном в составе организованной преступной группы. Видимо в составе начальника котельной, пары кочегаров и нескольких сторожей... Именно они разворовали млрд на ЖКХ и получили откаты за новые застройки не обеспеченные соответствующей инфраструктурой.
