Средний возраст работников отрасли 45-50 лет. Кроме того, наш мужик спивается, работать не хочет. Поэтому без мигрантов никак.
При этом в стране, скорее всего, готовится новая волна мобилизации. Видимо очень большие потери на фронте. Но лучше так, чем от водки. Да и процесс замещения коренного населения трудолюбивыми мигрантами благодаря войне ускоряется. Если это было одной из целей СВО, то все идет по плану.
