Врио главы Марий Эл Юрий Зайцев выступил на торжественной церемонии открытия Международного фестиваля театров финно-угорских народов «Майатул».
Обращаясь к участникам фестиваля, Зайцев заявил о своем стремлении лучше узнать культуру Марий Эл, так как она ему очень интересна. С учетом того, что в ней воплощается жизнь народа, он намерен прилагать все силы для развития культуры.
По словам Зайцева, он пока еще не выучил родной язык марийцев, но уже специально включает местные выпуски новостей на марийском языке, чтобы научиться в полной мере воспринимать и понимать марийский язык.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
