Глава военно-гражданской администрации (ВГА) Запорожской области Евгений Балицкий поручил Избиркому области проработать вопрос о проведении референдума.

В резолюции отмечается:
«Основываясь на принципе свободного выбора, принимая за главную ценность мнение каждого жителя нашего региона, мы заявляем о намерении провести Референдум по вопросу вхождения Запорожской области в состав Российской Федерации в качестве полноправного субъекта»

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
