В ее составе были митрополит Вятский и Слободской владыка Марк, глава администрации Кирова Вячеслав Симаков, председатель Союза армян России по Кировской области Роман Варданян, президент мотоклуба «Ночные волки Вятка» Сергей Кривокорытов, председатель Кировской областной федерации футбола Андрей Рупасов и депутаты городской Думы Денис Ситников и Олег Швецов.

Кировская делегация передала помощь жителям нашего региона, которые были вынуждены покинуть свои дома в приграничной зоне.
