После прекращения действия исключительных прав (в прошлом посте писала о сроках действия 👆), все произведения переходят в общественное достояние (ст. 1282 ГК РФ). Т.е. по сути уже никому не принадлежат или принадлежат уже всем, становятся общими, моими и Вашими тоже (согласитесь, такая формулировка звучит приятнее 😊).
А это значит, что такие произведения можно свободно использовать без чьего-либо согласия или разрешения и ничего за это не платить.
При этом всегда нужно помнить, что авторство, имя автора и неприкосновенность произведения продолжают охраняться всегда! Т.е. нужно всегда указывать имя автора и никаких несогласованных изменений в чужие произведения не вносить.
