Спец службы противника пользуясь персональными данными военнослужащих посылают им сообщения с якобы имеющимися сведениями о зачислении их в соч. Для того, чтобы удостовериться в этом предлагают открыть якобы официальные списки соч. По сути боец просто отдает свой аккаунт.
Так же и гражданскому лицу может прислать друг из списка контактов ссылку и попросить проголосовать за дочку в конкурсе рисунков. А тут о.Михаилу в день рождение от знакомого контакта пришёл "подарок" на телеграм-премиум с кнопкой "активировать". Он заподозрил неладное и перезвонил абоненту. Оказалось, что его телеграм взломали и мошенники скинули ссылку, чтобы увести аккаунт.
Поэтому, прежде чем перейти по ссылке от друга, удостоверьтесь у него лично‼️

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
