Для жен, матерей и сестер участников СВО открыт набор на бесплатный курс профессионального обучения «Пошив армейского снаряжения» в Мультицентре социальной и трудовой интеграции во Всеволожске.
На курсах научат шить тактические одеяла, маскировочные плащи, госпитальное нижнее белье, аптечные сумки и другую экипировку, которая поможет нашим бойцам на фронте. Все отшитые на обучении изделия будут доставлены в зону СВО. После окончания курсов – документ о переподготовке гособразца.
Сроки обучения: с 17 февраля по 25 апреля 2025 года. Питание и проживание включены.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
