Нашел два интересных приложения чисто для Таррагоны:

!epp - в каком ты смысле это аналог активного гражданина или наш Санкт-Петербург, но с более бедным функционалом. Есть возможность:
- отправить обращение о проблеме в свободной форме, но нельзя приложить фотку.
- почитать во сколько какой мусор можно выбрасывать
- оставить заявку на вывоз габаритного мусора
- изменить язык на испанский с каталанского. Английского нет
- есть логин, но нет регистрации

TGN agenda - агрегатор активностей и событий в Таррагоне. Теперь можно не гадать что за #fiesta на улице, а прочитать. Из приколов оно чисто на каталанском, испанского нет
