Ингредиенты:
🟢1/2 стакана риса 🟢Сахар по вкусу 🟢350 мл молока 🟢25 г сливочного масла 🟢1/2 чайной ложки мёда 🟢1 груша 🟢350 мл воды
🟢Отварите рис на воде, добавив сахар. Как только рис приготовится, влейте молоко и доведите кашу до кипения. Уберите кастрюлю с огня.
🟢Растопите в сковороде масло с мёдом, грушу нарежьте дольками или кубиками и отправьте в сковороду, когда масло с мёдом начнет кипеть. Подержите грушу на сильном огне примерно 5 минут, не забывая помешивать.
🟢Разложите кашу по тарелкам, сверху выложите карамелизированную грушу.
