Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Oh no. Thereβs a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
