«Решение Конституционного суда – это полная победа национального парка. Все земли остаются в Сочинском нацпарке и никаких частных владений там быть не может. Все это липовое садоводство может быть не набором единичный случаев, а схемы заинтересованного лица или лиц, которые могли объединить эти земли в одну большую стройку, как вариант, для гостиничного комплекса. Но это еще предстоит проверить».
