Наверное, одна из самых больных тем для меня в декрете После рваного сна и ванючих зубов, которые бесконечнолезут🙄
В целом, если забить на качество питания, Ваня может есть батон хлеба на завтрак обед и ужин. Но хотелось бы, чтоб клетчатка с мясом тоже присутствовали в жизни.
И если основные приемы пищи я еще хоть как-то наладила, то с перекусами постоянный бардак
Мне кажется, что в большинстве, наши перекусы это печенья (без сахара, но все равно они же дерьмо)
Раз в неделю периодически меня кроет и я начинаю придумывать здоровые перекусы
⚪Из самого актуального сейчас это наверное нори Беру во вкуссвиле вот эти Была удивлена, что Ване они вообще ок
⚪На втором месте домашний мармелад, к тому же это еще и отличный досуг, так как готовим вместе
⚪Ну и на третьем кукуруза Беру вареную в пятерке или вкуссвиле Она очень сладкая, но без белого сахара Сын доволен
