Интересную и важную тему поднимает телеграмм-канал Алексея Живова. А вот мне хотелось бы понять, кому и зачем нужна эта возня с дополнительным изучением «происхождения» в принципе, если техника для силовых структур и Армии всегда закупается по Гособоронзаказу.
В нём ведь чёрным по белому написаны необходимые характеристики нужной силовым структурам государства продукции, после производства которой специалисты военной приёмки Минобороны РФ под микроскопом изучают каждый её миллиметр на соответствие изначальному ТЗ. Вот там всё решается - соответствует, не соответствует требования - и должно решаться там.
Так зачем дополнительно изучать? Чтобы проверить военную приемку Минобороны или составителей ГОЗ на объективность? А может задача этих «экспертиз» в том, чтобы попросту задержать поступления новейших разработок техники бойцам? Ведь пока идут разбирательства, аппаратура для Армии, МВД РФ и других силовых структур будет просто пылиться на тыловых складах.
